RETURNS & EXCHANGES

VIP JEWELLERY will exchange or refund any item(s) you are not completely happy with within 14 days of receipt - provided they are returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging 

Jewellery purchased on our website must be returned to us directly and cannot be exchanged or refunded at any VIP JEWELLERY stockists .Item(s) purchased from any of our stockists must be returned to the store where it was purchased.

Please fill out the returns form and enclose it with your order, take it to the Post Office and post it back securely along with the goods. We advise you receive proof of postage.

Please note you will be responsible for the costs of returning the item(s )to us unless we delivered the item(s) to you in error or the item(s) is damaged or faulty.

REFUNDS

Refunds will be made within 7 days of the date we receive returned item(s) Refunds are credited back to the original payment method and may take up to 14 days to appear in your account.

EXCHANGES

Subject to stock availability we will exchange and send eligible item(s) within 10 days of receiving returned item(s).

FAULTY ITEMS

In the unfortunate event that your item is faulty please inform us immediately. You can send us an image and explanation of the fault and your order number to  -  sales@vipjewellery.co.uk

Your statutory rights are not affected.
